Ante Up
“We wanted people to feel creative the moment they walked through
the front door” says Paul Shaia, co-owner and operations director of
Ante Up Audio.
They were looking at space in other areas of town – Collinwood, the
Flats, and Lakewood. But they chose Tyler Village because of the
vibe of the buildings – the industrial and historical feel, the soul
and the majesty of the buildings. They also like the easy access
to the highways, the close proximity to downtown, the local arts
community and the fact that the area business community is developing
and growing as well.
They were able to take a large open space in Tyler Village, with high ceilings
and well-spaced columns, and create whatever they wanted. The limitless opportunity
of Tyler Village allowed Ante Up Audio to build the creative space they envisioned.
They’re happy with their decision to move into our business community. |
