APG Office Furnishings

APG already had an existing showroom in downtown Cleveland. They were looking for a unique new space that would highlight their high-end furniture offerings. Tyler Village had a most unusual suite for them. Located on the top floor of Building 44, this suite features lake views and skylights, providing great natural light and large clear span area that compliments the beautiful office furniture.

APG’s space was designed in partnership between their own designers and City Architecture. The builder was Sky Builder. The showroom opened in December 2007 and truly represents the best of what Tyler Village offers to future tenants. APG also enjoys the common corridor on the 7th floor, which retains the historic employee lockers and gorgeous skylights.
