APG Furniture, SAW, Inc., SparkBase,
John Deere, PC Helps and Village Television.
Our Buildings
Our buildings offer the right space for tenants with a vision, no matter how large or how small. For office, retail, light industrial or other space needs, Tyler Village has a building that's perfect for you.
-
Building 31 is the historic Tyler Headquarter building. It contains the original elevator cab…it is rumored that the only other remaining elevator cab of its kind is in Buckingham Palace.
The building can accommodate single office users from 200 SF to full floor / 7,000 SF users. It is a simple and quick solution for someone in need of a professional work environment and easy access to downtown and the freeways. Some offices are ready for immediate occupancy.
-
Building 44 is a seven-story structure with attached indoor parking. The structure is perfect for creative office space with the flexibility for technical operations, opening the doors to some of Cleveland's most innovative and dynamic companies. It is comprised of 150,000 SF and can accommodate tenants needing from 2,700 SF to 44,000 SF. We are also seeking retail tenants for the ground floor along Superior Avenue, up to 9,000 SF.
Current Tenants in Building 44 include:
DigiKnow, an interactive agency that moved from Beachwood into their 22,000 sq. ft. headquarters at Tyler Village.
APG Office Furnishings, the exclusive distributor of the Herman Miller line of office furniture, relocated from a downtown location.
Analiza, Inc. moved from Warrensville Heights into the new office and state-of-the-art lab space they have built at Tyler Village.
Solutions At Work, an employment resource, has located their new offices and classrooms to Building 44.
-
Building 42 will be the next structure that is slated for development into some of Cleveland's finest business space. This 160,000 SF, six-story building has a future similar to that of Building 44, housing the star firms of Cleveland's rising technology and creative industries. We are looking for lead tenants of approximately 10,000 SF or greater to help us kick off Phase II of redevelopment.
-
Tyler Village Garden is located between Building 44 and 31. The wireless-equipped courtyard has replaced asphalt, providing relaxing greenspace where workers can relax and enjoy a change of scenery. It also hosts some of Tyler Village's networking events, offering tenants to get to know each other and find common business interests. This tech-enabled greenspace is an example of the tenant-focused improvements that are the future of Tyler Village.
